Rogelio Albusac, chef of the hotel and the T22 restaurant, has designed a gastronomic offer closely linked to the local produce. In T22 you can enjoy a carefully selected seasonal menu with products closely linked to the area and accompanied by a wine list where Jerez Wines take on an important role.
An à la carte breakfast service, where you can enjoy different breads, pastries, the best Iberian cold meats, homemade juices, fruit and a wide variety of hot dishes that you can enjoy on our porch. The hotel has different rooms to celebrate private events, whether for work or leisure. The Chef also prepares special menus, designed individually according to the needs of the attendees of said events.
Each dish in our restaurant bears the chef's signature and stamp, with a style of marked personality, working the product in a traditional way, with a touch of presentation and international culinary influences, all this combined with a great creative sensitivity, capable of being transmitted in our new T22 menu, which undoubtedly surprises due to its care, delicacy and perfection.
Our chef, Rogelio Albusac, was in the kitchens of Acanthum, as head chef for 3 years of the first Michelin Star restaurant in Huelva, his hometown.
The concern to discover and learn other gastronomic cultures led him to expand his experience in other countries such as Colombia and Cuba, where his recognition and talent stood out during his time in the prestigious kitchens of luxury establishments.
